Lead ROI Partner provides lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management services, which involve planning, resource allocation, and execution. Due to the digital nature of these services and the involvement of third-party platforms, strict policies are necessary for cancellations and refunds.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice at least 15 days in advance.
  • Any cancellation request must be emailed to [Insert Official Email] with complete details (Client Name, Service Package, and Reason for Cancellation).
  • Campaigns already launched, in progress, or completed cannot be canceled.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel services at any time in case of:
    • Non-payment of fees
    • Misuse of services or illegal activity
    • Violation of our Terms & Conditions

3. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for services already delivered, campaigns executed, or leads provided.
  • Advance payments or retainers are non-refundable, as resources and ad budgets are allocated immediately upon project confirmation.
  • In exceptional cases where services cannot be delivered due to Company fault, a partial or full refund may be considered at the Company’s sole discretion.
  • Payments made to third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are non-refundable, as per their policies.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Setup fees, consultation charges, and customized strategies.
  • Leads delivered and campaign results already shared with the Client.
  • Any promotional or discounted packages.

Lead ROI Partner reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
